My elderly (95 y.o.) mother absolutely LOVES Dr. Ling. He listens to her well, uses gentle humor to keep her at ease, and offers referrals to specialists when warranted. She actually looks forward to seeing him.

When I was hospitalized Dr. Ling called the hospital doctor to check on me. The hospital doctor said no other doctor does that. He has his hands full with me and I appreciate that he has hung on tight the whole way.
My experience with Dr. Ling is that he listened/listens closely and worked/works with me to address my issues. He takes time to talk to me and understand my lifestyle. He is caring and knowledgable and I would absolutely recommend him.
