Excellent doctor definitely listens to his patients, Definitely cares about his patients. Best primary care doc I've ever had.
My elderly (95 y.o.) mother absolutely LOVES Dr. Ling. He listens to her well, uses gentle humor to keep her at ease, and offers referrals to specialists when warranted. She actually looks forward to seeing him.

When I was hospitalized Dr. Ling called the hospital doctor to check on me. The hospital doctor said no other doctor does that. He has his hands full with me and I appreciate that he has hung on tight the whole way.
