Horrible customer service. You’ll be lucky if you get a call back.
I gave 1 because I cannot give ZERO STARS! Horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Their customer service is horrible, worse customer service experienced in life. I’ve been calling and emailing for weeks now with no response. I submitted all my documents in February and everyt time we scheduled a phone appointment to go over it, they created an excuse such as my uncle is here, I cannot talk, say they were to call us later, and lied about it. Lots of complaints on here but I’ve been going to Matt for 4 years. 2023 tax season was rough for them, but I just filed again this year and Matt told me new positions he has to help. There’s a reason he’s insanely busy, and unfortunately only the angry people write these. He’s the best.
A lousy excuse for a CPA. Had an appointment with him at 12pm, showed up on time, and waited 3 hours just for him to text me “sorry i forgot!” after a large handful or missed calls/texts from me. After filing through someone else I was told he set me up for audit, and hadn’t even attached all the correct information for me to complete my filing process this year. I’ve read the reviews on here and it truly saddens me. I have been a client for at least 6 years and Matt and his team have always been good to me. Saying that, I think perhaps all the referrals he has had over the years may have them a bit overwhelmed. I hope they are doing okay because this is the first time I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. Hopefully they’ll get back the same awesome team we all loved and remember.
