Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Ryan (an associate or a secretary) has no issue with wasting your time. Aside from the fact that he has zero communication skills, believe (and heed) the consistent slew of 1-star reviews for this firm.

I used to trust Matt to do my taxes, but the last two years have shown me I couldn't depend on his business. His secretary and associate, Ryan, are truly awful. They don't communicate; I've been waiting for three months to get an actual response from them, and they simply don't even bother calling back or picking up the phone. I feel like they are scamming people out of their money. It pains me to say this, but they are no longer a trustworthy tax firm. Avoid at all costs. I was told my taxes were filed, but a month later, I contacted the FTB and discovered that my taxes had not been submitted. I received no responses to my emails, and before reaching out to the FTB, I called the office for a week. Finally, someone named Ryan answered the call, but he was very unprofessional and rude. Been having an issue with my taxes I filled over a month ago. Try to talk to someone his name was Ryan and he was extremely rude. He asked “what do you want me to do about it” last time I will ever take my taxes here.
