Very frustrating experience. My prescription was messed up, and I waited 3 days with no callback even after leaving a voicemail. No one answers the office phone, and the prescription line doesn’t work—it just goes to voicemail. What’s the point of having a phone if no one can help patients? Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this doctor’s office.
Was bombarded with calls that my appointment made a month ago had to be changed because of a ,"Schedule conflict", had to rework my work schedule around it. Arrived 8 minutes late and heard my name from the doctor in hallway yelling, " I'm not seeing him so "F" him." Then told wouldn't be able to be seen for a month because they can't keep their schedules in working order properly. And to hear my name with foul language was an incredibly bad sign. It was the worst experience ever. They put a waxy substance on my scalp and connected wires to my head, to monitor my sleep. However…I became violently sick convulsing in waves after a period of time. They called ER to come and took me to the ER. They had to give me anti vomit medicine to stop the vomit convulsing. My heart was racing. My head was pounding. After a couple of hours and many tests to check the vitals I was able to settle myself back to normal.
