Dr. West and nurse Penny are fantastic. Ascension Medical group is not good at all. Billing office sucks, hospital has rules that are ignorant and apperently the people who submit RX to the V.A. do not know how.
Waited .3 months to get in! Referre to neurologist They have me going to physical therapy and pain management 3days a week.I work in a call center I can't just tell my employer I'm leaving early 3 days a week. I'm in jeopardy of losing my job.was told to get the doctors to fill out FMLA Papers West office wrote on the paper talk to neurologist and his office won't respond so have 2 choices termination or chronic back pain because of indifferent doctor who can't be bothered
