He and his staff are very caring and friendly! He talks to you about any problems and answers all questions! I feel like I am in good hands and totally trust him!

Understanding and knowledgeable. Nurse Penny is fantastic! Dr. West speaks in plain working man’s language. However, Ascension is THE WORST. It treats its doctors and patients as numbers and has built a very impersonal environment. Its all about the dollar.
Makes appointments then cancels with no notification.
Great people no complaints
Dr West is extremely knowledgeable about all areas of medicine, as well as being compassionate and caring to patients. The best thing about having him for my G.P. Is that he doesn’t have even a hint of arrogance!
I was very pleased with Dr. West. He is very thorough, listens to what I’m saying, and shares all my information with me. I recommend him highly.
Dr West has been my G.P. for 18 years and I can easily say that he’s the best physician in Bartlesville! His nurse, Penny Smith is also very knowledgeable and really sweet! No matter what I’m dealing with, they ALWAYS know what I need. I wouldn’t want any other physician but Dr Matthew West!
