Dr. Greenberger is compassionate and also an excellent clinician and communicator. The office staff is friendly and competent. Quick update 2/26: After many discussions concerning treatment of my BPH I decided on the Urolift procedure. It was performed in the office using nitrous oxide for anesthesia. Six weeks later my symptoms were much improved.
Dr. Greenberger was a fantastic Doctor. He was super informative and extremely helpful regarding my health concern. He was kind and patient and was able to ease my mind. The front office staff, Vaneli was also super nice. I highly recommend OC urology!
Great experience! Just 6 weeks out from my procedure and already a 50% reduction in symptoms! I’m happy !
The Doctor is ok but the staff is horrible, they make a lot of mistakes, that is horrible.
The day he told me my cancer had progressed to the point that I needed treatment his staff told me he would not be seeing me anymore. After I pressed for reason why they told me he was no longer accepting my insurance. Great timing. Some advance notice would have been nice! I am now seeking treatment without a urologist. They have failed to submit my referral for treatment after 10 days and 3 calls. I'm still waiting. Hopefully I am still alive when they do their job. Also, the Uro-lift procedure he recommended did not help.
