My appointment was for 10:30am, I didn't see the doctor until 11:30, there was no communication from the staff about running late, no apology. Dr. Kruger was professional and answered all my questions. I did make this appt through Zocdoc, not sure if this contributed to the issue, but it seems that they over scheduled. They did call me after reading this review and apologized.

At the recommendation of a friend who had cataract procedures done by Dr. Kruger, I decided to make appointment for an evaluation. As a long-time physician regulator and medical risk management executive, I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Dr. Kruger and his office staff and decided go forward with a cataract procedure in one eye. I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Kruger. He was able to fit me into his schedule, and the appointment seemed thorough enough. I feel better about the outcome of the issue with my eye. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, I am pleased with the care I received and would recommend this practice to others.
