Dr. Duffin was great — professional, kind, and attentive. However, the office staff was quite unfriendly and seemed bothered by patients. My appointment was at 8:00, and I was told to arrive at 7:45, but the doors were still locked when I got there. I waited outside while staff inside removed the sign from the door. When I was finally checked in, the person helping me had no warmth or personality, and another staff member was talking over her asking patients if they were there for the doctor or PT.
