This is a horrible doctor. It takes 15xs to call and play phone tag just to talk to the office. I had a biopsy done of my toenail. Took 2 weeks to get them to return my call after 4 months of waiting for my results. I lost my insurance. However, I could pay for medication. This dr refused to treat me. Discrimination at its best. And told me to go back to my primary. Filed a complaint with the medical board. I m sick of being treated as less than just because I have no insurance. How dare you treat a human being this way.
He might be good for others but if you want someone holistic look elsewhere. I’d hoped to find guidance about footwear and orthotics. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and told me to go to a shoe salesman for advice as he’s a surgeon. Perhaps that’s what most surgeons would say.
I was scheduled to see Dr. Jones for a postop after another surgeon performed surgery on my ankle. This was per an agreement between the two doctors. My surgeon was out of town. When I got there, they told me the appointment had been canceled, but no one had notified me of this. They put the appt back in and then Dr Jones made sure to tell me that seeing me made him late for surgery and that I should be seeing the surgeon who did the surgery instead of him and the last comment he made was that he was “not a wound care nurse.... read more
