Always a pleasure. He gives plenty of time to discus your problems and makes sure you understand his answers. I have never felt rushed.

I picked Dr Spiewak based on his online reviews. After three years I now recommend him to my family. He does exactly what I would expect and I guess my expectations are a bit high after working for over 15 years in healthcare. I don't particularly like Elmhurst-Edward mainly because of prior billing experiences but at this clinic no issues. Also scheduling and interactions are very easy.
If you need to contact doctor good luck. Valsartan a Blood pressure med was recalled by FDA due to potential cancer concern. I contacted Dr office by phone and thru My Chart on Monday and asked what to do and what to take instead . I mentioned I had stopped taking the med because of the recall. they said they would pass the message to the doctor. I mentioned it was urgent DAY 3 WITHOUT MEDS. Called again, busy, unavailable. Tired of this
He’s a great Dr.! Compared to some of the ones I’ve seen, he’s thorough, listens, and is kind. Recommended!
My whole family has been seeing Dr. Spiewak for over a year now. He is thorough, caring, kind, and actually listens to your concerns. He is knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. Office staff is great too! The entire experience is always a pleasure when we visit.
Everytime I meet with Dr. Spiewak he is rude and impersonal. The wait times are incredibly long and even if you book the first appointment in the morning, you will normally have to wait in the waiting room for about an hour before you are seen. When I have gone in for routine check-ups he has been confused as to why I came in. He will rush through the appointment and not listen. Getting prescription refills is difficult and often takes 2 weeks or more. I really advise going elsewhere.
I need a doctor who can answer intelligent questions intelligently. He da man!
Very thorough and kind doctor... He actually listens to the parent's concerns about vaccines which is unusually rare!
