Best dental office around. Dr. Smith always makes sure everything is correct that his patients get the best dental care. Great staff.
Staff is unfriendly. I went to Dr. Smith re: a set of temps that were ill-fitting. (The original dentist admitted the lab messed up & refunded my money so I could get a proper set made.) The 1st dentist said that the liner he used, a temporary soft reline would not adhere. I told the asst. The liner started peeling that night.Dr. Smith didn't even check to see if my bite was okay after the reline (it's off). I have redness and sores. (One that oozes.) Dr. Smith and his office staff are wonderful. Very welcoming, the office is warm and inviting. Dr. Smith and the dental assistants always explain their processes, results and next steps very clearly and patiently answer questions. The receptionist team also went above and beyond to help me with an insurance question and schedule appointments to accommodate my insurance timeline. I never thought I would feel so strongly about a dentist's office, but I love them! Highly recommend.
I was wholeheartedly terrified of getting my tooth extraction. The doc answered everyone of my questions, and the extraction took total, less than 3 minutes. I normally go under for this type of procedure, and now looking back at it, I am very grateful for Dr. Smith and his staff comforting and guiding me through the anxiety I had. Best dentist I've ever had...
