WORST property management in orange county Matthew’s Investments Properties is a careless company with incompetent employees. They do not return your calls, they never follow up after maintenance services, and in addition are rude and lazy with zero concern for their tenants or the owners. I am not just a tenant, but am also friends with the owner of my building. The maintenance work done is of extremely poor quality and as cheaply as possible. Professional, Friendly, Thorough In my dealings with this company they stand out completely above the rest. The staff is courteous, professional, and thorough. They handled all of my needs. I've dealt with several property management companies and have had some bad experiences. The entire staff is knowledgeable of Landlord/Tenant law. I would reccomend their services for any Owner searching for a property management company.
