Was shocked when I saw the reviews because he was very easy to get ahold of and went out to our property very quickly. Quick turn around time on paperwork and did everything we needed.
Never received the report for my house… no communication after he came to look at the property.

Have tried calling and texting multiple times from both me and my business partner he was prompt and quick to initially meet up and inspect the structure but since then has stopped responding. Which doesn’t make any since, been awaiting an email from him about building plans for a foundation and upon receiving the email with those was supposed to be the info to send payment for the inspection and plans. Very unprofessional and a waste of time, will be looking for a new engineer as of tomorrow so we can finally move forward i... read more
He came out initially but never returned any information to us about the work to be done. We called said he would get it to us in a few days, we still haven't received it. Don't waste your time with this guy I would have left a zero if I could.
