Highly recommend using Matt; we had a fantastic experience! We had a tighter timeline and Matt was happy to accommodate and came out the same day for an inspection of our attic. We received the report very quickly and the report was very easy to read and then use in our home inspection response. The inspection felt very comprehensive. Would absolutely use him again!
