Been with Hazelbaker since 2022 and won’t go anywhere else! He delivered my daughter in 2023 and it was a great experience! I still go back to him for my annual visits and I won’t be going anywhere else! The office is great and everyone is so welcoming! As someone who has health anxiety it’s a great place to be and Hazelbaker is very good at being straightforward and being direct and I definitely need that! Overall I recommend the office and Hazelbaker to everyone I know and will continue too!

Dr. Hazelbaker is exceptional—an attentive listener, straight forward, incredibly thorough, and always compassionate. I never feel rushed and always leave with a clear understanding of my care. Truly one of the best doctors.
Dr Hazelbaker has been my wife's OB for a long time. He delivered our first child over 15 years ago and although my wife was fine, I was freaking out the whole time and he essentially held my hand through it all. I went with my wife to a few of the appointments and he explained everything to me (and I asked ALL the questions) in a way I could understand.
Attitude is highly unprofessional. Please work on that.
