Dr. Hazelbaker is the best. Personable, informative and professional. I moved farther away from his practice and still make the drive for appointments because of the trust and value he provides as a doctor.
Our first time seeing Dr. Hazelbaker, brought my teenage daughter in for an appointment. He was absolutely great!! Bedside manner was outstanding, very comfortable manner about him. We will be switching to their office from here on out for both of us. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how kind he was. Their nurse was great too. Overall very good office.
Been with Hazelbaker since 2022 and won’t go anywhere else! He delivered my daughter in 2023 and it was a great experience! I still go back to him for my annual visits and I won’t be going anywhere else! The office is great and everyone is so welcoming! As someone who has health anxiety it’s a great place to be and Hazelbaker is very good at being straightforward and being direct and I definitely need that! Overall I recommend the office and Hazelbaker to everyone I know and will continue too!
