Dr. Hansen was friendly, easy to speak with, and answered all of my questions. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and kept me informed as to what he was doing during the procedure. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future should the need arise.
I was referred to Dr. Hansen by my famiy doctor. Dr. Hansen operated on my infected hammer toe. The surgery was quick and the recovery was smooth. I am very pleased and will continue to visit Dr. Hansen for my foot care.
Dr. Hansen is an outstanding Doctor. Very knowledgable and explains my issues so I understand what's going on . His staff is also great and always able to get me in during an emergency. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen and the staff at Great Lakes Foot and Ankle Specialist.
Dr Hansen is very prompt for appointments - even early. He explained my conditions and treatments in terms that a normal patient could understand. Even used a foot skeleton to explain the condition
I am in the final stages of recovery for my 2nd bunionectomy with Dr Hansen, he did both of mine 3 years apart. The right foot went just as smooth as the left foot. Dr Hansen always takes the time to explain his plan of action. He is kind, caring and makes us feel at ease. Dr Hansen interacts with his staff to show you exactly what is going to happen or how your recovery is progressing. He provides all the tools necessary to have the best experience. I have recommended him to friends also.
I started seeing Dr Hansen because of the great care and time he has spent with my bother in law who has bad diabetic feet. He has taking very good care of me when I see him he fixes me up so I don't have to return unless something else goes wrong which is great for me , He and his staff are very courteous all the time when I'm there. I enjoy going there very much,and will continue to see him in the future.
Very friendly, always smiling. Operated on my bunion & hammer toe in June of 2014. Then in Nov. 2015, I had plantar fasciitis in both heels. Also arthritis in both big toes. I received great service after my surgery & then sent to therapy after the screws were removed. That was great. And I was given a few shots in my heels, & a script for a foot splint, aka as a boot which I wear to bed at night. I would & already have referred Dr. Hansen to family & friends.
I was referred to Dr Hansen for an ingrown toenail, didn't know what to expect when I went there but Dr Hansen was so informative and fast, 15 min all done! I would highly recommend him!
Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Wait time was 10 minutes. Would recommend him highly.
