I recently visited Dr. Hannibal at EmergeOrtho for my lumbar spine issues, and I must say, my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite his reputation as a talented back surgeon, my interactions fell short of expectations. I had two brief appointments, each lasting less than five minutes, and paid nearly $1000 in co-pays for imaging and office visits. He didn't know anything about my history, all that information should have been looked over. He gave no resolution for my pain or anyway to help at all. No empathy..no care..he was more worried about my 12 year old that's homeschooled and has been homeschooled since 2nd grade being on her computer, I know about hippa because little did or does he know I'm an RN & I have a degree in Healthcare Management. I will be getting another Dr.
My experience with Dr. Hannibal and his team was absolutely awesome. My Pre and post surgery experience was just great.
Dr. Hannibal fused two bones in my back for me 12? years ago and it was a great solution to my back issue. I had a fast recovery and have had no issues. So now that some back problems have returned(different from original ) I sought him out even though he Is now at a different practice. I trust his expertise and skill and would recommend him to anyone.
Due to my condition, Dr. Hannibal was quick to point out surgery would not solve my problem.
Dr Hannibal is a very good surgeon and exact in his work. I was in terrible back and leg pain that he was able to alleviate. Good bedside manner.
Dr. Hannibal explained the results of my MRI and clearly presented a surgical option. I appreciate his expertise and directness which will help me make a realistic decision.
Excellent visit
Short and to the point. Seemed knowledgeable but if you’re looking for “warm and fuzzy “ you won’t find it here.
