Great inviting atmosphere!
Poor doctor/patient relations. Does not explain in detail as his records indicate. When I had complications after cosmetic eye surgery that he performed he made no attempt to help or refer me on for help. I had to take care of everything myself. I now have very poor vision in one eye and need corneal transplant. He just told me to use lots of eyedrops. He yelled at me and told me if I didnt improve he wouldn't see me anymore (?,). I’m six weeks post breast aug surgery. Dr Conrad made the look I wanted happen! He has great bedside manner, and all the staff are great as well. I’m in love with my results!
We are eternally grateful for the work that he did on my daughter Ellie. She had a huge birthmark on her face that required two surgeries to remove. She has a long scar but it has gradually faded an lays perfectly flat. Thank Dr. Conrad and staff for your great care!
Dr. Conrad and his stay are AMAZING. I will not go any where else. Lexie- is amazing and does a phenomenal job at the micro blading. Jennifer- I have had my lips done twice now the first time last year in March and then again yesterday (and yes they looked amazing for a year) Jennifer is so patient and just absolutely amazing she will answer any questions you have and you also get her cell # so if you have any questions in the evening she answers also right away.
My entire experience with Dr. Conrad far exceeded my expectations in more ways than I can count!!! Initially, I inquired about a BA through Dr. Conrad's website but truthfully was nervous about the process and wasn't sure if it was something I wanted to go through with as I had been contemplating it for years and had gone to multiple consultations.
