I love Dr.Guanzon, he is super nice, always listens to me and cares about how my life is going. His breathing exercises, grounding and other relaxation methods have helped me a lot. He doesn’t rush me or only cares about prescribing medication, he really listens and does whatever is better for me. He has helped me so much this 4 years, I wouldn’t change anything about my treatment with him. Thank you so much for being awesome Dr.Guanzon.
Poor experience with Matthew Guanzon! I started care with Dr. Guanzon after receiving my ADHD diagnosis from another MindPath Health Dr. Dr. Guanzon talks to you like you are 5 years old. I am an almost 40 year old woman, I do not need condescending tone or childish explanations. I also do not like how he prescribes medication. He wires the script for a much higher amount but instructs your to split pills and take 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount prescribed which is very confusing and dishonest to the pharmacy. I agree with Matt's previous review. I had a very similar experience. I came to Matthew after receiving an official diagnosis of ADHD combined type. During the few months I was under Matthew's care, he was highly condescending and would barely allow me to explain what my symptoms were. He made me feel like a criminal and had me take a drug test after my first appointment just to put me on Fluvoxamine, an SSRI that I told him I had already taken and didn't work for me.
