I was hesitant to seek a second opinion on my back injury after a previous traumatic experience, but Dr. Gerlach and his staff were amazing. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and his receptionist was prompt with verifying my insurance. Upon arrival, I had a short wait time and was brought back into the office. From my first contact with Susie Hose and Doctor Gerlach I knew I was in good hands. They listened carefully, examined thoroughly and they explained clearly and in detail. I felt that they had my best interests at heart, and a thoughtful, cheerful group of professionals had been assembled to look after all the details.
Dr Gerlach performed back surgery on my husband in Feb, 2025. He and his team were wonderful to work with and they did an A+ job! My husband’s recovery has been fast and relatively pain free. It’s been 6 weeks and he’s now walking about 2 miles a day with no pain! Susie Hose, Dr Gerlach’s PA, is a true professional. She’s refreshingly informative, patient with our questions, and delightful to work with! I highly recommend OCR and this team!
