Dr. Garbarina is an extremely smart doctor. He is on the cutting edge ( no pun intended) of the latest surgical techniques and procedures. I followed his recommendation to go the route of shoulder replacement vs repair. This proved to be the correct decision. After the surgery I had zero pain. Seriously ZERO pain.
