Horrible bedside manor. He was more interested in going on vacation than the fact that I couldn't wear my dentures. His answer when I told him I was in constant severe pain was to either tell me that I really wasn't or he would tell me to take another pain pill. To make it just a little more painful for me, he charged me $562 more than he should have!! I wouldn't recommend this theif to my worst enemy.
Dr Fullmer seems to be more a salesman than a doctor. His responses to questions were dismissive, and all but one of his assistants were actually kind of rude. I arrived for my appointment fifteen minutes early, but was seated after three others whose appointments were scheduled after my own. I was given several x-rays, which required multiple attempts, so more exposure to radiation than I would have otherwise liked. This dentist gives out free toothpaste when you get you TEETH cleaned! The office is also clean!! The office plays comforting MUSIC!! I watched a movie when my teeth were getting worked on!! I'm an adult but I still like movies. They are so nice and professional! WOW! I can't believe I'm typing this!!!! If I could tell everyone about Matthew Fullmer, I WOULD!! An UNFORGETABLE experience!!!
My first visit with Dr. Fullmer was awesome! I recently moved here and wanted to find a dentist office I could feel comfortable at and this office far exceeded my expectations! Very open and honest and helped me find out all my insurance information when I was concerned about coverage. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
do not go here! they mislead us into believing insurance would pay the staff is unprofessional and they work they did not help my teeth. would never go back 0/5
I had put off taking care of my teeth for many years because I was afraid of the dentist and was worried that I couldn't afford dental care. I was happy to find everyone to be very helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed and they took the time to explain what was wrong, what we needed to do, and how to afford it. I would recommend them to anyone.
