I called this office about two weeks ago asking them to refill a prescription I went to pharmacy and they didn’t have it so pharmacist send over a fax over. Called this morning and pharmacy still didn’t have anything from his office. The exam itself was fine and appeared to be thorough. The problem was the billing. Check any bill you get from them thoroughly—it appears their billing needs work. We received a bill from them that showed they had applied to our primary but not to the secondary insurer. When we asked about it, they printed off a second sheet that had one vague entry referring to submitting to secondary—no date or claim number.
