Matt is personable and not your typical salesman/realtor type. He is to the point and will actually work to sell your house or help you buy one unlike most realtors. Not only that, he is very good about returning calls and quick to it.
Mat made the buying experience so great. He lined up several house and went through the good and the bad with them. When the house that we bought came in the market the lock box hadn’t been installed yet and Matt had us in for a showing and an offer that night. Through out the entire process he’s was great and communicated often. I couldn’t thank him enough but after 13 moves I’m hoping this is my last house never buy.
I worked with Matthew on my first home purchase and will absolutely be working with him on my second! He did an excellent job making the process as smooth as possible and found me a home in days after working with another realtor for months with no results. Highly recommended!
