I had an excellent experience with the chimney cleaning services. With prompt scheduling, they were able to accommodate me. Sevyn arrived to complete the chimney certification. He was trustworthy and knowledgeable about several of my inquiries.
Mark was very professional in his work on our chimney and masonry, inspected everything before he started to work on it and went through what he was going to do for the repairs. The work on the chimney was done properly, and the masonry work done to repair. Excellent services.
Our chimney had a visible cracks, so we decide to have it checked before the problem became worse, Daniel was very professional from the beginning and took the time inspect the entire structure. The work was done neatly, and Daniel cleaned everything up before leaving. I appreciated how clearly he explained the process and answered all of our questions. The chimney looks much better, and we feel confident about its condition now.
I booked a routine Chimney inspection, and Noah thoroughly checked every part of the chimney. He also completed Fireplace cleaning service, repaired a damaged Chimney cap installation, and recommended Chimney waterproofing to protect the masonry. The service was professional and completed on time.
From the beginning, the experience felt professional and well managed. Mason arrived on time, explained the masonry and chimney work clearly, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. He was courteous throughout the job and left the area clean when he finished. The work was completed smoothly, the communication was clear, the results looked solid, and the service gave me confidence in the quality of the repair.
