In 1997 my husband and I bought our wedding rings from Matthew Erickson Jewlers, sadly I lost my wedding ring and had to replace it this year. They were just as wonderful to work with in 2019 as they were in 1997. Many thanks for making a tough situation a happy one.
We took my wife's wedding ring in to get appraised, cleaned, and fixed.After the repairs it looks better now than the day I bought it. Everyone on the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful in a very comfortable setting. I also ordered a relatively inexpensive watch band for my daughter, and I received the same level of helpful, quality customer as if I was purchasing an expensive diamond.
