My experience with Craft has been exceptional. Of course, I expected a great level of care with Dr. Else - he’s the best and most thoughtful physician I’ve ever met. Taking that Dr. Else experience and putting it the Craft Concierge setting is a force multiplier for that care. I followed Dr. Else to his new practice and the assistance has been amazing. Rapid imaging on my knee and shoulder which ended up having tears, and his expert approach to patient care is exactly what i’ve needed. Thank you Doctor Else!
When I started seeing Dr. Else I was extremely skeptical because I had been to many Dr. Who ignored me or blamed my weight. He listened to me and sent me to the specialist I needed which in term actually saved my life. Up until the day day I had to switch doctors due to moving 45 min away he always listened and always went above and beyound for me.
