I called for an appointment, they gave me an 8:45 am appointment which was good... then 2 days before the appointment they called to verify a 3:45 PM appointment .... So I called them back and the secretary said " I can see where they changed it .... because we don't do consultations in the a.m. " that was fine because she was truthful .... but when I spoke to the girl who I made the appointment with, she tried to BS me .... she said "no I gave you a 3:45PM appointment you just heard 8:45" now if they are going to lie about ... read more
I love this establishment! Hands down, the best dentistry experience I've ever had, and I LOATH dentists! My fear is life threatening, as is my daughter's, and they were superb with both of us! I have and will continue to recommend this office and it's staff to everyone! Stay stellar!!!
I have brought 2 of my sons to this office and have had a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Staff is very unprofessional. When i arrived my file wasn't completed and was told that was my fault because my appointment was made 2 days prior. Waited 30 minutes for them to complete my file and to be told anthesia isn't covered by my insurance. Then had to wait another 30 minutes. At that point we asked how much longer it was going to be and they informed us that they did not know. Ended up just walking out because the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional.
