One of the best Drs to attend to me in my 64 years. Fantastic care and skill. Kentucky is blessed to have Dr Rutter.
Excellent care and great at explaining everything to you before hand. Took real good care of me during my kidney stone ordeal.
Dr. Rutter took great care of me while I was pregnant with my son. He was very cautious and told me his plans. When I didn’t understand something, he sat down and took time to explain. I had to have another surgery yesterday, almost a year after the last surgery. He visited me before surgery and called and spoke to my mom when we were all done. He’s a fantastic doctor and had amazing bedside manner. I’m extremely grateful for him!
I had a rather large kidney stone removed and he did a wonderful job and got me up walking hours after the surgery! Would definitely go to him again!
I only have one issue with this provider. They don't answer the phone or even have a menu of options. They just tell you to leave a message. There should be a phone number for requesting refills or a menu item or an option on the website. We're at the dawn of AI and no business should be playing phone tag.
