Dr. Koepplinger was absolutely great and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an excellent doctor!
Why become a doctor if you don't like helping ppl? I guess the money really is what it's all about. He gets agitated with questions...very unprofessional. I can't stand doctors like this.. no wonder he works for Memorial...this establishment is the lease impressive. Instead of pointing out what you're not doing because our insurance doesn't cover it... try referring us to someone who will.
I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The DO Koepplinger was very rude with his bedside manner, would not listen to me and interrupted/talked over me with a hostile, raised voice frequently and resorted to unnecessary put-downs. I had to ask him to leave and not do the exam (he wouldn’t do so I had to ask him again) and ask for the provider (who always was respectful and listened) to complete the exam.
