My daughter suffered a rotated fracture of her pinky finger. During the pre-op visit, Annie, PA was amazing. But the surgery was done by Dr. Koepplinger. Everything seemed fine until afterwards. My daughter complained of pain at a level 10. I sent a message to the doctor in the secure portal and they didn't get back to me for over 24 hours. Just finished with Dr. Koepplinger for my child’s fractured elbow. Dr. Koepplinger was awesome! My son is 13 and plays multiple sports. He was very upset about his dominant arm/elbow being broken at the very start of baseball season. Dr. K was very kind and could sense that my boy was worried about the imaging results. Dr. K spent a lot of time with us explaining the fractures, growth plate locations, joint alignment, healing process, and next steps. I recently visit Matthew Koepplinger on January 8 and he was very rude he wasn’t trying to listen to my issues about my hand he need to be removed from Hermann because he not a carful doctor he’s was no help whatsoever then had the nerve to try to call security on me like what? He needs to listen to his patients more I’m come there for help and when I get my Survey I’m making another complaint on him I was disgusted by the way he treated me so y’all should have a talk with him he has a lot of bad reviews on him being rude he... read more
