As a physical therapist in the area, I've had the privilege of getting to know Dr. Buchanan fairly well over the years and don't hesitate for a minute to refer patients to him. Personally, he recently went above and beyond to help my husband with a foot issue that came up quickly and was really limiting and painful. His skill, knowledge, demeanor, and communication are all excellent and his team is amazing as well. I absolutely recommend him for any foot/ankle issues!
Dr. Buchanan is a doctor who should be cloned, he is that good, that smart and his bedside manner is extraordinaire.
Dr Buchanan and his team are the best of the best. I was VERY fortunate to be referred to Dr Buchanan after a long and not so smooth history with other providers for a challenging foot issue. He immediately understood how to proceed and I'm on track for surgery and resolution. Had my 6 month follow up visit yesterday and a decades long and life limiting problem has been resolved, thanks to him and his terrific team. I can't thank him, them, and my referring physician enough.
Dr. Buchanan removed a small bone from my foot that was causing pain, and I'm back to racing long distances pain-free! He had the right diagnosis, and the right solution. He also warned me that it would take a YEAR to fully heal, and he was right on that, as well.
