I wish I could give Dr. Dow a negative O! My child and I waited in the exam room for over 30 minutes. I went to the nurse station to ask when will the doctor be in to see my child, I was told by his nurse he will be in shortly, and a man at the desk stating we didn’t forget abut you all (me not knowing he was Dr. Dow). After returning to the exam room, Dr. Dow came in and asked how long my child had the injury. After telling when the injury occurred he asked me why did I bring my child there.
