In my humble opinion Dr Mahar would be a great fit for someone that doesn't require anything but the bare minimum. He will take notes and listen to your heart. Period, end of exam, not even a modicum of exaggeration here. Three years, same exam. I do not think he has the investigatory will to manage anyone with an underlying condition of any kind.
