I have had about 30 different (non-cosmetic) surgeries and this was the best experience I have had. Dr. Kienstra made me feel comfortable before the surgery told me everything to expect that it was going to be rough. (And it was.) They all treat me like family and are always glad to see me come in. My results have been amazing. I feel so much better about the way I look and feel about myself. When I talk to people about my surgery, they always have nice things to say about Dr. Kienstra and what a wonderful surgeon he is.
Dr. Kienstra is the only person I would ever trust with my face. After my Rhinoplasty, my nose is exactly how it should have always been. I could not be happier with my results!

I had visited other practitioners, some were excellent, some were well-intentioned. I had dabbled in Botox, Juvederm, and one failed procedure. I had wondered if 'going under the knife' was a good idea...if the money should be spent instead on starving children...if it would leave me and my flapping, corrugated neck marked with a scarlet letter-'V' for vain. My experience could not have been better. Everything went as well as could be expected. I have had all of my expectations met and exceeded. The staff was so good natured, personable, calm, kind, and always available. I made the right choice in choosing Dr. Kienstra, and his excellent staff just enforced an already great decision.

Even though my journey has been longer and harder than most, the results have made the wait worthwhile. I have enjoyed each visit to the office and have had wonderful communication through MyMercy. I cannot imaging being in the care of any other physician. My expectations have been met.
The office staff is like a well oiled machine. It is run impeccably. The manner of Dr. Kienstra, and all staff is professional and compassionate. Dr. Kienstra is fabulous! He has a great bedside manner, is extremely knowledgable, and very caring!!!
Dr. Kienstra did surgery on my grandson who had a birthmark above his eye that kept growing bigger instead of smaller. From the minute we walked through his doors we were like family! The staff was excellent! Instead of looking at 4 surgeries my little grandson only had to have one! I would recommend to anyone!!
