I've been seeing Dr. Sharman and his nurses and PA since about May 2014, so over 5 years now. Long enough to have seen his team move out of the ancient office on Mercer Street to the new huge modern office off of Mighty Tiger's Trail. He has referred me to Knee&Back Drs, Pain Management, Sleep Doctors, Foot Doctors, etc. All THOSE Doctors have been Platinum in their treatment and care for my health. He has been my primary care physician since Aug 2015, and the only reason I would leave his care is if he physically leaves the planet. I am so very grateful for my stablized health. Dr. Brimberry is a very arrogant and non empathetic doctor. He was down right rude and unprofessional with me. All because I expressed a concern with the rude front desk staff, another doctor prescribing medication that clearly should not have been prescribed and the lack of communication and openness about the medical care needed. As a result Brimbury unilaterally released me from care and refused to allow me to see another doctor. He prevented me from obtaining medication necessary to prevent diabetes. I recently had a revision total knee replacement surgery. With additional issues and medications required, my orthopedist wanted to clear approval with Dr Sharman. Stating wanting to maintain checks and balances since the medication is not often prescribed by them. My orthopedist made 3 calls and received one returned call with no voice mail or return #. Yesterday was told Dr was out to lunch. A Dr not returning the call of a Dr regarding the treatment of a mutual patient is dereliction of Dr

Excellent care
My family, several friends and I have been patients of Dr. Dawson (and Shannon Drachenburg, PA) for a couple of decades now. They both take great care to listen to their patients - then are warm, responsive and articulate in explaining all concerns. We all feel well cared for on every level in sickness and routine visits - and have always been closely monitored in person and via their patient portal when ill or injured. I often highly recommend Dr. Dawson, Shannon and all his incredible team.
Dr. Brimberry is smart, very interactive, personal, professional and wants to help you improve your life by being as healthy as you can be. His explanations are kind of like goldilocks, not too technical, not too simple, but just right for me. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
We moved here from San Antonio two years ago and finding new doctors we like/trust is not easy. Dr. Sharman's office staff is wonderful and he makes you feel comfortable. THANK YOU!
