I first heard about Allen Mattes through a friend, which is the best way to find someone honest and reliable. I heartily recommend him! First of all, he's reliable. He shows up on the day and time agreed. Secondly, he explains everything very clearly. Thirdly, he gives some good DIY suggestions in case finances are tight, and the job might have to wait until I am more financially secure. I felt comfortable with Allen from the get go. He is straightforward, professional and courteous. And boy does he know his stuff! He explains everything well for those that are plumbing challenged so if you feel a little uncomfortable with your past or current plumber but don't know where to turn - just make the call! Allen will calm your fears and be your go to guy.
