This is the worst real estate agency I have ever encountered! I have rented a house through this agency for three years. The lighting wiring in the house broke down, and I sent them multiple emails about it, but they were completely ignored and never replied. The agency conducts house inspections every three months, and I have always cooperated fully. I have the carpets professionally cleaned and the rooms thoroughly tidied up before each inspection. I recently worked with Lee and Shane, and they were fantastic in helping us handle a tricky tenant situation. They were super responsive and walked us through everything, which could have been a much longer and more expensive process, but they managed to wrap it up quickly. Lee was always a pleasure to work with; her communication, understanding, and professionalism were just top-notch.

They have been an invaluable asset when managing our investment property, which has taken a load off our shoulders, especially since we are in a different state.
