I recently worked with Lee and Shane, and they were fantastic in helping us handle a tricky tenant situation. They were super responsive and walked us through everything, which could have been a much longer and more expensive process, but they managed to wrap it up quickly. Lee was always a pleasure to work with; her communication, understanding, and professionalism were just top-notch.

They have been an invaluable asset when managing our investment property, which has taken a load off our shoulders, especially since we are in a different state.

Terrible company to deal with. 3 year tenants at a property. Attempted to charge us for doors that needed to be replaced PRIOR to our tenancy (which never were). The doors were more damaged after our 3 years due to the water damage suffered before us. Continuous email correspondance about getting the doors changed during our tenancy and when we decided to move out they attempted to charge us for the repairs that were meant to happen prior to us moving in.
