A/C unit troubleshot and repaired quickly. Very knowledgeable and upfront about services. I have used other services like ******* and ******* and would recommend Mattawan mechanical devices over them any day.

I was quoted one unit but another unit was installed with 1% less efficiency. Still happy with the furnace in general but make sure that the unit installed is the same as the unit quoted. Although a small reimbursement was issued I am docking 1 star since a different unit was installed which is approximately an increased heating cost of $30-40 per heating season compared to the unit quoted and originally agreed upon. My trust in this company has definitely gone down.

Their response time was great to come look at a furnace and water heater issue. The technician was friendly and did a great job explaining the issue. I plan to use them going forward for regular maintenance of my HVAC systems. They seemed to be good honest people.
