My experiencia was extremely good he's so ethical and professional
I love Dr.Mattar’s office He is an outstanding doctor, he describes everything so well and he enjoys what he does. I never had an amazing doctor like him I love the aesthetic of his office, his staff is amazing, and I appreciate everything he has done for me thus far
I cannot attest to his level of care due to his arrogance. When I confronted him about his staff’s, incompetence he became highly defensive. . His staff failed to appropriately code a procedure I needed. It caused a denial and delay in treatment. When I spoke with him about it, he told me there was nothing he could do , said I needed to speak with the office manager, said he’s only a contractor for Concentra, and became irate and refused to treat me further. I’ve been going to Dr.Mattar now for a little over 2 years. When you give a review it’s typically for a specific visit. Unfortunately I can’t! Because every single time I’ve been it’s literally always an amazing experience from the first step into the office until scheduling my next appointment !! The entire staff has the best customer service and professionalism that you expect and more!!! Thanks Dr.Mattar for helping me get my groove back💜 Recee
I’ve had back issues for a long time. In August 2024 I move something heavy by myself and figured if I get pain I’ll just take some Motrin. That night I woke up unable to move my left leg. Felt a great deal of pain I have a bulging disc Pinching my sciatic nerve. I was suffering for months During this time, I tried acupuncture, chiro, physical therapy, taking pain and inflammation meds around the clock.
