There’s not one good thing I can say about this company.
Hello, we owned our home 2024, and many issues with the house that have been fixed SLOWLY by Mattamy team. However, many issues that is pending which frustrate us, briefly: 1- they are not willing to put Asphalt in front of our house and this is causing a very disturbing water collection ( picture attached). Contacted the city hopefully will help 2- damaged our front area concrete/ stone area by their forklift while building next house. I have an email as a proof to do it in 2024 summer time. Currently living as a tenant and renting at their Clockwork (Oakville) condo. I would love to rate this building 0 stars if I could. The hot water did not work for months, with no effort or proposed solutions from management. The AC has not worked for the past 2 summers. The management at this building is abysmal; all they do is gaslight residents and offer zero solutions when issues occur. We just went by to look at the Upper Joshua Creek development, and we were shocked. The detached houses are narrow, with no room between them and postage-sized backyards. Condo buildings right next to detached homes. Many, many townhomes. We felt claustrophobic. The asking price for these homes is $1.4 million and up. Many had only a one-car garage, and we didn't see any pathways or green spaces other than a small playground park in the middle of the neighbourhood, surrounded by roads. Not very safe for kids. Very low quality homes, we are feeling scammed, the workmanship is so poor and the quality of things used is degraded. BEWARE of ‘quick move in homes’ you don’t get to see what’s inside, and they are total SCAM homes, feels like they used whatever was left in our home, and then they argue it’s all new, how can a new thing appear old
