Ciara, the sales rep, is absolutely rude. Her interactions with us were filled with racism and ableist undertones. She started to argue with us immediately for no reason and was completely unhelpful. She needs customer service training and needs to learn to be a decent human being. When we called to complain, she picked up the phone and started to argue with us even more. Even when asking for the manager's contact information, she gave it in such a rush, so as to ensure we did not get the correct information, and hung up.
I had a very comfortable experience in their sales center.
I bought a house in UJC which closed in March 2025. I am extremely disappointed by Mattamy’s poor build quality, terrible customer service, and horrible quality assurance. 1) At the design studio, you pay 2-3 times market price for any upgrades. Eg . Door handles, faucets, etc 2) The quality of some of the upgrades is terrible. We paid a lot to upgrade our kitchen cabinets for it to be painted MDF that chips and dents easily.
