We love this community, its amenities, and most of all our home. This was our first home buying experience and we bought a quick move in. Kristina in the sales office was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job at walking us through the process as first time buyers. We love our Topsail Villa. For us, Sunstone was the sweet spot of all of the neighborhoods in Wellen Park. Great amenities, homey neighborhood feel & perfect price point. As an out of state buyer, Kristina in the sales office was awesome. Consummate professional, always answered our questions, and came in on her day off when we were only in town a short while.
