We ask to fix our basement though it was covered but they refused by saying you have to cover it by yourself! Poor service and zero cooperation
Poor after sale support
Extremely disappointed with the construction quality of this new townhouse. Instead, it feels like they cut every corner using cheap labor and non-professional handymen rather than skilled trades. Walls received only one thin coat of plaster, then simply painted over — every imperfection shows through clearly. - Touch-ups were sloppy: not properly sanded or painted. - Caulking around the doors was left unpainted and unfinished. - Hairline cracks are already appearing on walls and ceilings shortly after closing. - Cheap windo... read more
