We are very happy with our new Mattamy home. Everything from the purchasing process to closing and now living in our new home. Our sales rep David S was very knowledgeable, always accessible (even on his day off!) and easy to work with. David’s weekly online updates and photos were really helpful. Since we were out of state during the build, he even FaceTimed with us on-site when we wanted to see progress firsthand. Yohan, our builder was very personable and attentive to all our requests. 5 star experience for sure! The home buying process with Mattamy was top tier. The people that I worked with in my process were exceptional at their jobs and made my process stress free! David was great in answering all of my questions and being very attentive the entire process. He gave amazing advice, realistic timelines, weekly updates with photos, and addressed all of my concerns. Previously, I have interacted with several sales people before and David is by far the best! Buying a home can be a struggle sometimes. However, most of the people from MH we got to work with were wonderful! Big shoutout to David as he assisted us throughout the whole process providing constant updates and answering our questions. Yohan was our builder and did a great job also!
While working with Mattamy Homes I was able to close on my dream home. As it was my first time buying a house, David answer my questions quickly and I was able to close on the agreed date. During the whole process every one at Mattamy was extremely professional. Thanks for helping me build my dream home and making the process easy to understand like the weekly photo updates of the build progress and Mattamy funding progress tracker.
