Empire Point lot 4028, Queen Creek, Arizona Our new home has been a Nightmare. Mattamy, the builder, has been terrible at upholding quality control. I sent the builder a list of outstanding issues but after 8 week after closing, they have completed some but there are still outstanding issues. The house was completely rushed very sloppy work. Hello BUYERS PLEASE STAY AWAY me and my wife recently moved into our new home in May and we were so excited especially after hearing many good things about Mattamy homes as a creditable builder. At this point we cannot be more than wrong with that statement. Our new home has been a Nightmare and Mattamy has been terrible at upholding quality control.
