Drywall installation was awful. Several major appliances had to be replaced after only two years (dishwasher and microwave) along with a defective AC unit.

Empire Point lot 4028, Queen Creek, Arizona Our new home has been a Nightmare. Mattamy, the builder, has been terrible at upholding quality control. I sent the builder a list of outstanding issues but after 8 week after closing, they have completed some but there are still outstanding issues. The house was completely rushed very sloppy work.
