I’m so glad I found Matt again so I could thank him. Some years ago I went through a brutal divorce and needed to be able to buy out my ex and keep my neurodivergent son and I in our home. Matt Wentz was the absolute best person we could of had for the job. Matt was patient, fun, insightful and gave us all the info we needed to make the right purchase. He showed up to all of our viewings and gave us his personal thoughts, which eventually landed us our forever home. You are losing out if you don’t have Matt on your team!!
Matt walked us through the mortgage process starting with how to get our credit score high enough to qualify. He told us exactly what to do and not do to increase our score quickly. Then he took it from there. I don’t know what he did behind the scenes but it was the easiest closing we experienced. Because of him and his hard work we were able to get the perfect house for our family. I HIGHLY recommend Matt Wentz. We will certainly use him when we are ready to refinance and finish our basement.
