Matt was kind enough to connect me with someone who could help me move a piano, even though that wasn't a service he personally offered. He even helped coordinate logistics despite having no business to gain by doing so. Just a kind person.

He's very professional and polite. He's on time if not early. He completes the job the quickest he can but he is more about the quality of his work.
