We loved working with Matt. We selected him as our realtor because of his experience with flipping homes. He has a good feel for what can be done and about how much it would cost. We ended up choosing a condo that needs some work, and Matt was great with negotiations. He also gave us a lot of personal attention and was by our side through the entire long process. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again!
