incorrect in so many aspects and know it all attitiude. Go elsewhere. He told me I would need 3 injections but I went to a real doctor who ordered imaging. No shots needed at all.

Office failed to communicate. No one ever answered the phone. Then doctor moved to a new practice without telling me and failed to follow through with course of treatment.
