I went to Matt's dad David when I bought my first house. My realtor said, you can use any mortgage company you want, but if you go to Jolivette you will close on time. Twenty years later, Matt just helped us close on a 1031 Rental. We had to extend due to delays with repairs for the property we were buying, but he made it all work.
