Was charged an extra month and had to drive a hour out of my way to go in and try to fix this issue. Came during business hours and no one was there. Why are you closed on Saturday when I says your office hours are open??? I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.
The absolute best and easiest process on finding the perfect unit for our storage! Having a toddler while being pregnant in the summer is not for the weak. Signing up for anything with a toddler is also not for the weak but Sue was amazing and became best friends with him so I could sign and send paperwork to her!
We are bummed to be leaving this storage unit because it is the CLEANEST facility I've ever rented from. Not a single pest in sight the whole year and a half we were in and out! Sue and the other folks I dealt with were all nothing but kind and incredibly helpful. if you're looking to store in the area LOOK NO FURTHER!
This is a great storage place. No issues since I’ve been storing my stuff here.
Sue is an excellent person and customer service. She always goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Great facility to work with.
