We had six units for over a year storing our furniture and boxes while between moves and have been very pleased. The units are new, clean, bug/rodent free, and ours were climate controlled. After 13 months in storage, our belongings were as clean as the day we put them. Would highly recommend.
The lady manager is very nice but her assistant guy is very rude and makes up his own rules to try to cheat people out of their hard earned money.
The facility is new + clean and the people are nice when you speak to them. However, several monthly after moving in my rate was raised 30%. When inquired about why my bill increased and I expressed that I had felt mislead after all of the effort to move my stuff in, I was told it was normal for prices to increase several times a year. Seemed pretty shady to me and I have never experienced that while renting a storage unit from any other providers in the area.
