Matt Dutt and his family have been great people to rent a house from this past year at UD! They were super helpful the whole year making my senior year an easy transition moving into a new home. They did some of remodeling over the summer and made the home look even better when it was time for us to move in. My roommates and I rented from them from sophomore to senior year of college. Always very helpful and nice in case of any issue around the house (would honestly come right away to fix it) and super easy to sign and find a place with. Thank you guys!
My 3 friends and I rented with Matt & Sue for 2 years now - and I have no bad things to say. Truly, they always showed up asap when we had any problems & really do care about you, always asking questions/etc. I would recommend for anyone to go through Matt if looking for a rental property at Delaware! but be quick because it’s popular !!
Matt has been wonderful to rent from for two years. Anytime we needed anything serviced he was always at the house in a timely manor. Him and his son would come to do the repairs and were always very kind and incredibly respectful. There were numerous times that I did not know if certain items could be put in the trash and when I would ask Matt and he'd say "oh that's trash I'll just take it!"
